Ingredients for this recipe:-

  • 1 and 1/3 almond milk
  • A ripe banana
  • 1/3 cup oatmeal
  • 1/3 tablespoon flax meal
  • 1 tablespoon Brewer’s Yeast
  • 1 and 1/2 tablespoon of honey
  • pinch of cinnamon
  • 1\4 tablespoon of cinnamon


  1. Mix all ingredients in a blender and blend the consistency you want.
  2. Put the mixture in a bowl and garnish with cinnamon and nutmeg if you want.
  3. Freeze it for 15 minutes if you want it colder.
